ABOUT US

The Club was created in 1958 and developed over the subsequent years into the major Club on the North Shore of the River Mersey.

Following an arson attack in 1999 the clubhouse was destroyed. Funding for a new Clubhouse was found and work was completed before the Grand Opening by HRH The Princess Royal in 2008.

We now have the premier facilities in the North West for all water sports enthusiasts, which coupled with a great location and the only slipway on the North Shore of the River Mersey, makes 'LSC' the best place to get afloat. We welcome all types of craft.
